Given the collaborative and complex nature of this work, this is an in-person position based full-time in Irvine, CA.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Develop and implement integration strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and our deal team to design integration strategies aligned with the transaction's strategic rationale and drive value creation.
- Lead integration execution: Oversee the execution of integration plans, coordinate teams, resolve roadblocks, and ensure timeline and budget alignment.
- Establish governance and reporting: Define and implement robust governance structures, reporting mechanisms, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress, track synergy realization, and keep stakeholders informed.
- Champion change management and cultural integration: Guide the organization through transformative change, foster cultural alignment, communicate effectively, and ensure successful employee transitions.
- Manage risks and issues: Identify potential risks and challenges to integration, develop mitigation strategies, and facilitate timely escalation and resolution of issues.
- Develop and refine integration playbooks: Capture lessons learned and best practices to enhance Edwards’ M&A integration capabilities and playbooks.
- Perform other duties as needed to support successful integrations.

For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $209,000 to $296,000 (highly experienced).
