About Role

Ring Concierge is a rapidly growing female-founded fine jewelry company specializing in customized engagement rings and fine jewelry. We are seeking a Senior Director, Influencer and PR to lead and develop high-impact communications strategies that drive awareness and achieve business objectives. This leader will build relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, editors, brand partners and opinion leaders to nurture brand love, cultural relevance and consumer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive influencer & PR strategies that align with business objectives and increase the brand’s visibility with target audiences
  • Lead influencer and creator marketing strategies to support brand initiatives with a focus on brand building, storytelling and audience engagement to drive purchase intent
  • Develop creative PR story ideas to secure coverage and increase brand awareness and impressions
  • Identify new partnership opportunities with influencers and brands to build brand heat and relevance
  • Leverage data and consumer insights and monitor emerging cultural moments to find opportunities to break into relevant conversations
  • Measure and analyze the impact of overall press and influencer marketing; evaluate results and apply learnings to identify future areas of opportunity
  • Collaborate with other members of the marketing strategy team to identify and develop placement opportunities within fashion, digital platforms, television, film, music, and other entertainment events

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in developing and delivering influencer marketing strategies in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Flexible and adaptable with experience working in results oriented, high growth environment 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with influencers, creators, and other marketing team members
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain partnerships with influencers, brands, and media outlets
  • Ability to align influencer strategies with overall business objectives and brand goals
  • Capacity to measure, analyze, and interpret the impact of PR and influencer marketing efforts

  • Full-time role located in midtown NYC
  • Hybrid work model with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote
  • Office Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with the knowledge that we have a startup culture and your day may extend past listed office hours
