About this role
This is a key role in Aidoc’s Delivery department, with full responsibility for implementing Aidoc products with customers. As AVP of Implementation, you’ll be accountable for the successful and timely deployment of Aidoc’s platform and Clinical AI solutions across leading health systems and healthcare organizations globally. You’ll also be responsible for managing a diverse, multinational team of highly talented engineers.
Responsibilities
- Full ownership of Aidoc products’ implementation, including project management, technical setup, AI configuration, and performance optimization
- Accountability for business and operational KPIs, such as the number of successful go-lives, deployed ARR, implementation time and cost, etc.
- Designing the Implementation strategy, group structure and processes to support Aidoc’s business and product plans, and optimize quality, customer value and efficiency
- Leading and guiding three teams of Implementation and Professional Services engineers (10-15 employees in total) across the US, EU, and Israel.
- Direct involvement in implementation projects for key customers and prospects, helping resolve technical and project complexities as they arise.
- Designing and implementing processes and technical capabilities to optimize performance and ensure group OKRs are met.
- Developing and managing interfaces with other departments, including Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
- Supporting the rollout of new products to the market and shaping their implementation practices to maximize customer value and efficiency.
- Guiding the professional development of group’s team leaders and team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field from a leading university; MSc or MBA is a strong advantage.
- At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in leading tech and/or healthcare organizations, including:
- 5+ years of technical customer-facing experience, working directly with customers in the US/EU markets, preferably in healthcare.
- 5+ years of experience leading technical teams in IT, Data, or Software Engineering; group management experience is an advantage.
- 2+ years of experience in Implementation and/or Professional Services roles in healthcare technology and/or clinical AI products.
- Hands-on experience in system engineering, including working with customers to optimize systems based on their architecture and needs.
- Proven project management skills and a strong track record of successfully leading complex technological or IT projects.
- Superb communication skills and proven ability to effectively engage with customers and executive stakeholders
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in Healthcare IT (e.g., Radiology IT, EMRs) is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
