Job Description Summary:
North America Operating Unit (NAOU) of The Coca-Cola Company is seeking an individual with cross-functional collaboration skills to join our team as Senior Director II – Business Planning & Insights. This role will architect the long-range plan (LRP) and annual business plan (ABP), identify risks and opportunities, and contribute to the achievement of North America’s financial goals. The qualified candidate is a seasoned professional with experience in financial analysis & determining financial impact, and instrumental in driving Coca-Cola’s flagship market to achieve its global ambition.
What You'll Do for Us:
- Lead end-to-end North America financial planning process, which includes construction of the long-range plan and annual business plan from establishment of targets to timelines & tools for delivery.
- Identify critical risks & opportunities to the plan and build working strawman in collaboration with finance leadership to deliver North America financial commitments to the Company.
- Lead regular LRP & ABP updates to NAOU executive and finance leadership teams and identify & influence key decisions critical to our financial success.
- Partner with NAOU Strategy and Center Finance Teams to build context on North America BP expectations and key success metrics across international markets.
- Provide analytic leadership to North America finance by quantifying key plan drivers & trends and establishing key performance metrics for performance management routines.
- Build analytic financial perspectives on relevant BP initiatives including brand acquisitions, enterprise-wide initiatives, government regulation & macro-economic trends.
- Ad hoc strategic project leadership in support NAOU.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree Accounting, Finance or related field required, CPA or MBA preferred.
- 10+ years Finance / RGM / Commercial / Strategy / Consulting, with deep expertise in multi-functional disciplines including strategic planning, financial and business analysis, and/or performance management.
- Advanced quantitative analytical skills - ability to draw insights and actions from large datasets, which lead to actionable strategies.
- A working financial knowledge of the Coca-Cola System: Market, Competition, Consumer, Bottler and Financial.
- Executive level presentation skills and demonstrated data-driven storytelling capability. Ability to build effective cross-functional partnerships and establish trust & credibility across all levels.
- Strong ability to collaborate with and influence others to gain consensus & alignment. Ability to see broader picture, synthesize quickly & communicate clearly to an executive audience.

Pay Range:
$189,500 - $220,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
