Lead HR strategy and programs including employee relations, performance and talent management, onboarding, training, succession planning, compliance, and HR reporting. Partner with senior leadership, supervise regional HR staff, and analyze data to improve retention and performance.

Strategic Planning
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive HR offerings
Compliance and Reporting
- Bi-annually review and revise policy manual to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Prepare and present HR reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and insights

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience,with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent management
- Proven experience in a leadership role within human resources
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- HR Certification is a plus
