🧑‍💻 About the Role

As our VP Growth & Product, you’ll play a major role in shaping the future of Bounce. You’ll be part of our leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO to drive our demand-side growth and help take us to $100M+ in gross revenue by 2026. You’ll also help build out our San Francisco office and set the tone for how we scale, operate, and win.

This role is a mix of strategy, leadership and roll-up-your-sleeves execution. You’ll dive into product-led growth, performance marketing, testing new channels, and building a high-performing team. The goal? Hit big revenue milestones, compound network effects, launch new channels, and supercharge our growth loops.

👷🏾‍♀️ Where you come in
  • Own the Growth Engine: You’ll take charge of revenue growth, steering Bounce toward $100M in gross revenue by the end of 2026.

  • Embed Growth Into the Product: Turn our product into a growth machine - boosting acquisition, retention, and referrals through smart, scalable loops.

  • Double Down & Expand Channels: Maximize our existing demand levers (like SEO and Paid) while launching new ones.

  • Build for Repeat: Scale CRM and lifecycle flows that keep users coming back - our goal is to 2x our repeat rate.

  • Unlock Big Partnerships: Spot and close deals that move the needle - integrations, strategic alliances, and co-marketing opportunities that massively expand our reach.

  • Think 10x & Act Boldly: Operate with an ambitious, impact-first mindset—identifying bold bets and unlocking step-change growth across markets and verticals. Be a key thought partner to the CEO on high-leverage opportunities that can reshape the business.

  • Leadership and team expansion: Help establish our San Francisco hub by hiring top-tier talent and building a fast-moving, high-impact growth team. Set a high bar, foster a culture of ownership and experimentation, and lead a team that thrives on creativity, velocity, and continuous learning.

  • Operate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Leadership to align efforts and break down silos. Growth at Bounce is a team sport.

✅ Your profile
  • Proven track record leading and scaling growth at high-growth startups or marketplaces, ideally in B2C, consumer tech, or travel.

  • Deep experience owning product-led growth - driving acquisition, activation, and retention through integrated product and marketing strategies.

  • System thinker with a strong grasp of how product, user behavior, and acquisition channels interact to drive compounding growth.

  • Highly analytical and metrics-driven - you know your way around CAC, LTV, funnel dynamics, and growth loops, but also step back to think strategically.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action - you’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, testing fast, and scaling what works.

  • Experienced in building and leading high-performing teams that value ownership, experimentation, and moving fast.

  • Experience with strategic initiatives like M&A, market-entry strategies, or unlocking large-scale partnerships.
