The people agenda plays a critical role in this transformation and includes transforming the way we attract and retain talent.The Senior Director of Global Mobility will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing a comprehensive global mobility strategy that enhances the experience of assignees, their families, and key stakeholders. This role will focus on facilitating the seamless import and export of talent across the organization, determining and managing optimal vendor strategy, and ensuring high-quality service delivery with a focus on innovation and automation. The successful candidate will lead experience, technical and operational teams, provide global mobility tax support, and foster effective communication throughout the relocation process.What You'll Do For Us
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a global mobility strategy and relevant policies that aligns with the company's talent objectives to import and export talent, makes things simpler/better/faster, and optimizes the company’s investment.
- Lead the Global Mobility Experience, Technical, and Operations teams responsible for service delivery, experience and compliance while providing guidance and worldwide coordination for mobility tax support.
- Evaluate and design benefits programs related to global mobility in conjunction with Total Rewards partners
- Focus on delivering a great experience for assignees and their families throughout the relocation process.
- Manage relationships with senior executive stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals while providing exceptional service.
- Collaborate with and manage external vendor partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality relocation services; implement changes as needed to maintain service standards.
- Collaborate with tax and HR professionals to manage the tax implications of the global workforce.
- Ensure appropriate communication of external practices, and policy changes to targeted audiences for future innovations in the mobility space.
- Benchmark TCCC policy and process, bringing external ideas in to ensure practice stays current and relevant.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Ten (10) plus years of extensive experience in global mobility, HR, or related areas, with a strong focus or knowledge of assignee and stakeholder experience.
- Proven leadership experience in managing high performing global teams.
- Strong vendor management, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of global relocation policies, tax implications, and compliance requirements.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.

Pay Range:
$186,000 - $226,500
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
