A Taste of Your Responsibilities
Deliver sustained profitable growth of existing business in existing markets.
Define and map growth opportunities, and develop and execute commercial plans tailored to diverse global markets.
Lead cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment to vision, strategies, and P&L deliverables.
Oversee P&L stewardship including Trade, A&P, SG&A, and resourcing decisions.
Execute a multiyear acceleration plan including G2N, A&P, and SG&A investments.
Build and nurture global partnerships that unlock growth.
Monitor and report on growth KPIs including awareness, distribution, trial, market share, net sales, GP$, and GM% to senior leadership.
Champion and customize global playbooks and best practices across markets.
Provide strategic updates, governance, and thought leadership to executive stakeholders.
Ensure timely and successful product launches consistent with company standards.

Ingredients Required for Your Success
Bachelor’s degree required.
10+ years of consumer packaged goods experience leading international markets; food experience preferred.
Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing global markets.

Compensation
Pay Range:$153,000-$236,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
