What success looks like in this role:

The Senior Director, Global Managed Cybersecurity Services is a client-facing managed services business and delivery leadership role responsible for the global operation, commercial performance, modernization, and client outcomes of Unisys' external managed cybersecurity services portfolio. This global leader owns client-facing service delivery and operational execution across Managed Detection & Response (MDR), Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM), and managed cloud security services, with room to expand into additional revenue-generating managed security offerings as the business evolves.

This leader will drive delivery excellence, client retention, service economics, portfolio growth, and scalable global operations while building a high-performing, inclusive, and engaged global workforce. The ideal candidate combines deep cybersecurity expertise with exceptional leadership, client management, project management, and business acumen. They can understand complex technical challenges, translate them into practical solutions, and deliver measurable business, operational, and risk-reduction outcomes for external clients.

As a key member of the Cybersecurity Solutions & Services leadership team, this individual will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, a mentor to associates, and a strategic partner across sales, product, engineering, operations, finance, and executive leadership. This role does not own Unisys' internal enterprise cybersecurity program, corporate security policy, regulatory control framework, or enterprise security architecture; its primary accountability is the performance, growth, modernization, and client outcomes of external managed cybersecurity services.

 Global Client-Facing Service Delivery Ownership

·       Own end-to-end delivery and operational performance for Unisys managed cybersecurity services globally.

·       Lead and continuously improve MDR, CTEM, and managed cloud security service delivery.

·       Ensure consistent, scalable, resilient, and high-quality service execution across regions and delivery centers.

·       Establish and maintain managed services governance, delivery standards, service management practices, operational controls, and clear accountability for external client delivery.

·       Drive continuous improvement focused on service quality, efficiency, resilience, and client value realization.

·       Ensure delivery organizations consistently meet or exceed contractual obligations and service-level commitments.

Managed Services Business Performance & Growth

·       Operate the organization with a managed services P&L and business-owner mindset, balancing client success, associate engagement, operational excellence, growth, and financial performance.

·       Drive and be accountable for revenue growth, margin improvement, client retention, and service portfolio expansion.

·       Identify market opportunities and collaborate with sales, solution, and product teams to develop differentiated offerings.

·       Support business planning, forecasting, resource planning, investment decisions, pricing inputs, capacity planning, portfolio investment cases, renewals, expansions, and strategic growth initiatives.

·       Drive operational efficiencies through automation, standardization, AI adoption, and process optimization.

Strategic Client Outcomes & Retention

·       Build trusted executive-level relationships with strategic clients and act as an executive escalation point when required.

·       Ensure cybersecurity services support each client's business objectives, security priorities, and risk reduction goals.

·       Create a culture centered on measurable client outcomes, transparency, accountability, and delivery excellence.

·       Establish executive reporting frameworks that demonstrate client value, contractual performance, operational health, and measurable risk reduction through meaningful metrics, trends, insights, and performance data.

·       Collaborate with clients to resolve complex technical and operational issues pragmatically and sustainably.

Service Capability & Platform Modernization

·       Maintain broad and current expertise across cybersecurity operations, threat detection, incident response, cloud security architecture and operations, vulnerability management, threat exposure management, and emerging security technologies.

·       Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and the ability to rapidly understand technical issues, challenge assumptions, and guide teams toward practical, scalable solutions.

·       Partner with security architects, engineers, and service leaders to strengthen client-facing managed service architectures, delivery patterns, platform integrations, automation, and delivery quality.

·       Guide modernization efforts through automation, platform optimization, AI-enabled operations, and repeatable service catalog and delivery model improvements.

·       Balance technical rigor and operational discipline with a clear focus on business outcomes.

AI & Innovation Leadership

·       Champion the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence across cybersecurity operations and service delivery.

·       Use AI, automation, and analytics to improve security outcomes, associate productivity, operational scale, and client experience.

·       Evaluate emerging technologies and determine how they can be practically incorporated into the service portfolio.

·       Foster disciplined experimentation while protecting service stability, security, and client trust.

Managed Services Transformation & Portfolio Execution

·       Lead complex global initiatives involving multiple clients, teams, technologies, regions, and business stakeholders.

·       Manage competing priorities across daily operations, client delivery, transformation, growth, and talent objectives.

·       Establish clear plans, delivery governance structures, dependencies, milestones, risk management, and performance measures tied to client commitments, service economics, and transformation outcomes.

·       Drive execution, remove barriers, and ensure strategic programs deliver intended outcomes without compromising operational performance.

Talent Development & Culture

·       Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global cybersecurity organization.

·       Foster a culture of accountability, trust, innovation, inclusion, collaboration, and continuous learning.

·       Create opportunities for professional development, technical excellence, career progression, and leadership advancement.

·       Increase associate engagement, retention, team health, and a sense of belonging while maintaining high performance expectations.

·       Actively mentor future leaders and build a diverse, sustainable leadership pipeline.

Cross-Functional Leadership

·       Collaborate across Sales, Delivery, Product Management, Engineering, Finance, Human Resources, partners, and executive leadership.

·       Align managed cybersecurity services strategy, delivery execution, go-to-market priorities, and portfolio investment with broader organizational growth objectives.

·       Influence outcomes across complex stakeholder groups through strong communication, credibility, and relationship management.

·       Promote a One Unisys approach to client success, innovation, and business performance.
