We are looking for a visionary Finance Leader to take the helm of our operations across APAC (serviced out from Kuala Lumpur & Shanghai), AMEI and our Global Business Units (serviced out of GCC). Who You Are

You are a seasoned Finance veteran who thrives in the "grey area" of transformation. You have the gravitas to influence a boardroom and the empathy to lead a massive global team.

The Essentials:

  • The Pedigree: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15+ years of high-octane experience in Finance Shared Services/GBS.
  • The Track Record: Currently leading a mature Finance GBS for a medium-to-large MNC. You’ve seen it all, from steady-state stability to radical transformation.
  • The Tech Edge: You’ve steered organizations through major ERP transitions and have a pulse on the future of Finance tech.
  • The Leader: You are a master of managing virtual, global teams across diverse time zones and cultures.
  • The Toolkit: Armed with a Six Sigma mindset (certification preferred) and a relentless drive for Lean operations.

Skills Required

  • Chartered accountant
  • 15+ years of Finance shared services experience
  • Experience leading Finance shared service or GBS in a multinational organization
  • Experience in leading or supporting ERP changes
  • Strong knowledge of financial management and project management
  • Six-sigma certification
