As a Senior Director Finance here at Solstice, you will be in a highly strategic and influential position responsible for leading and overseeing the business analysis and planning function. As a Senior Director, you will play a critical role in driving strategic planning and analysis initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and drive growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify business opportunities for our Electronic Materials business. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will develop and execute business plans to achieve organizational goals. Providing strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven insights will be a key aspect of your role.
As a Senior Director, you will also be responsible for managing budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning. Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators will be essential to track business performance and identify areas for improvement. You will have the opportunity to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business analysis and planning activities.
You will report directly to our Top Financial Executive and you’ll work out of our Morris Plains, NJ location on a hybrid work schedule.

- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities

YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis and planning
- Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, including financial modeling, due diligence and integration planning
- Experience partnering with manufacturing operations, with strong understanding of P&L management, forecasting, operational performance, and cash management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking and ability to provide actionable insights
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes

PAY RANGE
The annual base salary range for this position is $237,512 - $297,478. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice Advanced Materials considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities or the position, the candidate's work experience education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
