Job Description:
- Business Partnering – Partner with reginal GM, sales, project and service delivery leaders to ensure that all relevant information is captured and reflected in plan and forecasts (full ownership of the P&L and balance sheet including cash flow) while challenging and verifying any underlying assumptions to ensure the integrity of the numbers as well as driving for profitable growth.
- Financial Planning/Business Strategies – Directly leading the financial operations for the region including annual budget, forecasts, monthly outlooks and long-range strategic planning processes for the region.
- Analytics to Drive/Influence Decisions - Responsible for establishing/publishing of regular financial reporting which highlights key business trends to support decisions on growth, investments, sourcing, and cost optimization.
- Process Improvements & Controls – Ownership and in-depth review of current in country/region finance & compliance processes to identify gaps and provide related recommendations/enhancements.
- Special Projects - Ad-hoc projects based on management needs.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a must. MBA will be a plus
- Minimum of 18 to 20 years of relevant experience with increasing level of responsibilities within an MNC (prior P&L management experience a plus).
- Strong business partnering/interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and work within a multi-discipline team with shared purposes.
- Possess advanced analytical and objective critical thinking skills with the ability to effectively balance financial and operational needs in order to deliver timely and appropriate solutions to complex business issues.
- Prior experience on leading/managing team of senior finance leaders and talent development
- Ability to develop/review/enhance business model/processes and track progress/realizations accordingly.
- A high degree of proactivity, creativity and latitude is expected.
- Willingness to take on new challenges.
