The Role

Deputy is looking for a Senior Director, Field Marketing to lead our global campaign and regional marketing strategy. This role is the connecting tissue to drive revenue between Marketing, Sales, and Customers—ensuring our campaigns land with impact globally and regionally, while creating alignment across functions.

As Senior Director, Field Marketing, you’ll act as a player-coach: owning and orchestrating global campaigns that tie directly to revenue outcomes, while supporting and mentoring field marketers and program managers in AMER, EMEA, and APAC. You will also oversee programs such as partnerships and customer marketing, ensuring we bring customer voices and partner advocacy into everything we do.

This role is designed for someone who understands all marketing levers, can bring the right pieces together at the right time, and has the leadership skills to rally a team around big and more impactful plays.

Why This Role Matters

The Senior Director, Field Marketing ensures campaigns are connected across regions, partners, and customers—and tied directly to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and revenue. You’ll be the global hub, ensuring that no team member is “on an island,” and that our efforts add up to more than the sum of their parts.

Success in This Role Looks Like

- Field marketing team feels connected, aligned, and purposeful rather than siloed.
- Global campaigns deliver measurable SQL and revenue impact.
- Sales teams see Marketing as a partner that drives pipeline.
- Customers and partners are visible advocates in our campaigns.
- The team has clarity on priorities (fewer, bigger, deeper plays) and a shared calendar that drives focus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of global campaigns, turning product launches, events, and brand moments into revenue-driving programs.
  • Translate company priorities into field-ready plays that Sales can execute regionally.
  • Ensure campaigns are repurposed across channels (e.g., a webinar becomes sales enablement, SEO content, social, and customer marketing).
  • Manage field marketers across EMEA, APAC, and AMER, plus partnerships and customer marketing.
  • Serve as a player-coach: directly running global campaigns while enabling your team to localize and scale them.
  • Build clarity, purpose, and morale by defining goals, shared calendars, and team rocks/pebbles/sand.
  • Partner with regional Sales leaders to co-develop field marketing plans that fuel pipeline.
  • Build trust with Product Marketing and Channel Marketing to ensure campaigns are integrated across the funnel.
  • Establish planning rituals (quarterly campaign themes, marketing calendars, cross-functional offsites).
  • Elevate customer advocacy and community programs, ensuring customer voices are embedded into campaigns.
  • Develop co-marketing motions with partners that drive pipeline and awareness in key markets.
  • Define clear success metrics, anchored on SQLs and revenue.
  • Provide visibility into campaign impact with regular reporting and insights.
  • Optimize spend, shifting from external agency-heavy investment to more impactful in-house and program-driven efforts.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 12+ years in B2B marketing with proven experience in campaign or field marketing leadership.
  • Strength as a generalist who can connect all marketing pieces, not just own one channel.
  • Demonstrated success managing global or multi-regional teams, including remote/virtual teams across time zones.
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with Sales, Product, and Creative partners.
  • Experience motivating teams during times of transition; ability to turn silos into synergy.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on SQLs, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Comfortable as both strategist and executor—rolling up your sleeves when needed.

Employee Perks

- Enjoy a flexible remote-first work policy (with a work-from-home stipend to set you up for success at home!)
- Own a piece of Deputy through our Employee Share Ownership Plan (ESOP)
- Take paid parental leave to support you and your family
- We’ll match your 401k contributions to help you save for the future
- Access mental health support with Spring Health
- Get comprehensive health benefits

- Join  our global working groups; focused on collaboration, belonging and connection

Deputy Compensation & Benefits Highlights

The following summarizes recurring compensation and benefits themes identified from responses generated by popular LLMs to common candidate questions about Deputy and has not been reviewed or approved by Deputy.

  • Leave & Time Off Breadth Time off is positioned as generous, including generous PTO, paid sick days, public holidays, and additional “celebration days.” Study leave and paid volunteer days are also described as part of the broader time-off offering.
  • Parental & Family Support Paid parental leave is described as substantial at up to about four months, with the ability to stack with local entitlements where applicable. This framing suggests family support is a deliberate part of the overall rewards package.
  • Equity Value & Accessibility Equity participation is repeatedly highlighted through employee stock ownership/options alongside performance bonuses. This structure suggests a mix of ownership and variable rewards is available for at least some roles.
