The Opportunity:

We’re seeking a Senior Director, Employer Sales with a true hunter mentality to drive new business and revenue growth through a consultative, enterprise sales process.

You will own a national territory and develop strategic plans to identify, engage, and close enterprise customers aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). This role reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and partners cross-functionally with internal stakeholders while navigating a complex healthcare ecosystem.

This is a highly visible, high-impact role for someone who combines strategic thinking with relentless execution.

What You’ll Do:Lead Enterprise/Employer Growth
  • Own end-to-end sales efforts to target, engage, and close strategic enterprise accounts
  • Develop and execute territory strategies aligned to revenue goals and ICP
  • Drive consultative sales conversations that translate customer needs into long-term partnerships
Build Executive Relationships
  • Secure meetings through creativity, persistence, and strategic outreach
  • Use both top-down (C-suite) and bottom-up (Director+) approaches to build internal champions
  • Clearly articulate Midi Health’s differentiated value proposition to maximize deal value
Navigate the Ecosystem
  • Understand and orchestrate the broader healthcare ecosystem, including payers, employers, brokers, and key influencers
  • Partner cross-functionally to refine and scale enterprise sales playbooks
Operate with Discipline & Urgency
  • Forecast pipeline and maintain strong deal hygiene
  • Manage opportunities with detail-oriented follow-through
  • Operate with urgency and accountability in a fast-paced environment
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
  • 10+ years of enterprise healthcare sales experience
  • Proven success selling into complex enterprise environments
  • Deep industry relationships and a strong professional network including not just employers but also brokers and payors.
  • Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding quota
  • Experience building go-to-market motion from early traction to scale
  • Strong organizational and pipeline management skills (HubSpot experience preferred)
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders

The salary range for this role is $200,000-210,000 + variable compensation annually. Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and qualifications. This role is also eligible for additional compensation, including equity and benefits.
