The Senior Director, Enterprise Partnerships role is a senior, revenue-leadership role responsible for driving profitable growth across a dedicated client portfolio.
This individual is accountable for client strategy, communication protocols, and ultimately the execution motions required for expanding existing client relationships. This person is accountable for expanding existing client relationships, leading strategic new pursuits within those relationships, and building the team, tools, and processes that turn client development into a predictable, repeatable engine.
Your role sits at the intersection of sales, client service, and marketing. Success is measured in revenue retention, growth thru expansion, and accelerating net-new logo growth in partnership with the new business team.
Responsibilities:
- This is an individual contributor role that is responsible for high revenue growth (20-40+% annually) by scaling existing solutions or introducing new solutions to enterprise clients.
- Navigate internal and external stakeholder complexity to deliver measurable business impact for client.
- Ensure high rates of client satisfaction through horizontal leadership of cross-functional teams.
- Adopt a passionate understanding of each client’s business and advocating for any custom solution opportunities that address a client’s short- and long-term business needs.
- Build long-term relationships with key client constituents and setting & managing client expectations.
- Work to identify obstacles, in partnership with shared service teams, and be compentent in navigating them.
- Own contracting processes end to end, inclusive of pilot extensions, renewals, and ongoing negotiations.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 years owning client relationships, with demonstrated success in driving growth and expanding relationships with clients
- Comfort in selling managed-service campaigns that are backed by data-driven decisioning
- You should be knowledgeable and articulate across multiple media vehicles, comfortable flexing between “in the weeds” and “forest” conversations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation
- Ability to assess client needs, create articulate briefs for internal stakeholders, and collaborate across various functions & teams to build workable strategies
- Quantitative background with an understanding of finance, data, and analytics

COMPENSATION RANGE
The total compensation range for this role is $200,000.00 - $300,000.00, depending on location and experience.
