The Work

The Senior Director, Enterprise Execution is responsible for helping EQB translate strategic priorities into business outcomes.

Working directly with executive leaders across the organization, this role leads a focused portfolio of the Bank's most important enterprise initiatives and strategic priorities. These are high-impact, cross-functional efforts that are critical to delivering EQB's strategy, growth ambitions, and financial objectives. The role serves as a bridge between strategy, execution, and outcomes, ensuring that the Bank's biggest priorities maintain momentum, overcome obstacles, and deliver the impact they were intended to achieve.

The ideal candidate combines the structured problem-solving capabilities of a top-tier strategy consultant with the practical execution mindset of an experienced operator. They are highly comfortable working in ambiguous situations, quickly building credibility with senior stakeholders, and driving progress on complex challenges that cut across multiple business units. They are intellectually curious, commercially minded, and action-oriented. They know how to move seamlessly between strategy and execution, challenge and support, analysis and action. Most importantly, they have a demonstrated ability to help organizations deliver on their most important priorities and achieve meaningful outcomes.
