The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Director Digital Marketing with a strong background in B2B SaaS (Software as a Service) companies. The ideal candidate will lead our digital marketing efforts, focusing on driving growth, customer acquisition, and brand visibility across North America. You will develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, manage cross-functional teams, and optimize campaigns to achieve measurable results.

Digital Strategy Development:

  • Design and implement high-impact digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches and enhancements.

Campaign Management:

  • Lead the execution of integrated digital campaigns across various channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, email, and paid media.
  • Oversee demand generation strategies, with a focus on account-based marketing (ABM) and lead nurturing to optimize the sales funnel.
  • Measure and analyze performance metrics to continually optimize campaign effectiveness.

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing digital marketing team.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and KPIs.

Customer Acquisition & Retention:

  • Develop strategies to drive customer acquisition through digital channels and ensure strong customer engagement and retention.
  • Work closely with sales to create digital programs that generate qualified leads and nurture existing relationships.

Data-Driven Insights:

  • Use analytics tools to track and report on digital marketing performance.
  • Conduct data-driven analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Brand Management:

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all digital channels.
  • Enhance brand awareness through content strategies, PR, partnerships, and influencer engagement.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring a strong ROI on all campaigns.
  • Allocate resources effectively across channels and initiatives.

Technology & Automation:

  • Leverage marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) to streamline processes and improve lead management and conversion.
  • Stay ahead of the latest trends in digital marketing technologies and recommend innovations that could drive success.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS companies.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive growth in a B2B environment.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, ABM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage and mentor teams.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven marketing and A/B testing.
  • Strong understanding of the North American B2B SaaS market, including buyer personas, sales cycles, and competitive landscape.
