We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director, Creative Services and Operations to lead our creative team and oversee the operational aspects of our marketing projects.
The Senior Director, Creative Services and Operations will be a strong background in creative services, project management, marketing services, and team leadership.
The Senior Director, Creative Services and Operations requires a strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation, streamline processes, and deliver high-quality creative outputs that align with our brand vision and business objectives.
Essential Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of creative professionals, including designers, copywriters, and project managers.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Creative Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the company’s brand and marketing goals.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality visual and written content for various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Ensure all creative outputs meet brand standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Project Management
- Manage the end-to-end marketing process, from concept development to final delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
- Utilize project management tools to track progress, manage resources, and report on project status.
- Operational Efficiency
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the marketing team.
- Develop and manage the client’s marketing services budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and freelancers as needed.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of creative projects.
- Prepare and present regular reports on performance, project status, and team productivity to client and/or senior leadership.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
Essential Skills and/or Certifications
- 10+ years of experience in creative services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering successful creative projects.
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and digital media.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in creative software and project management tools.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in creative services and marketing.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
