Job Purpose:

This position will manage and coordinate the company's financial function including general budgeting in accordance with corporate policies and procedures to meet company's business requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

● Lead the development and execution of the enterprise-level annual operating plan, monthly forecast cycle and five-year strategic plan, ensuring alignment with business leadership and strategic initiatives.
● Analyze the financial and operational results of the company and develop communication strategy and messaging for quarterly earnings calls.
● Lead the preparation of quarterly and annual earnings materials, including the earnings script, slides, and Q&A documents.
● Analyze market information and historical/forward-looking financial data and identify key insights, drivers of performance and relevant risks and opportunities.
● Create financial models and makes recommendations for future business planning decisions.
● Partner with corporate development team to analyze and evaluate financial scenarios including potential portfolio decisions such as acquisitions and divestitures.
● Support inorganic growth as a key member of the acquisition integration team and leader of the value creation process.

Develop enterprise financial reporting strategy and cadence with emphasis on automation.

Work Experience:

● 10-15 years of related job experience.● 3-5 years of related experience of successful supervisory/management experience required to motivate and develop direct reports, as well as size up new talent.● Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.● Ability to work quickly and efficiently.● Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.● Experienced in providing leadership to others regarding work related systems, processes, and challenges.● Experienced in strategic management and leadership across company functions directing substantial resources over long time frames.● Experience of interpreting strategy and policy in order to set and deliver objectives.● Experience of planning, managing and organizing resources within short/medium timescales within the overall policy framework.● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.● Strong customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).● Strong planning and organization skills are required.

Education:

● Master's Degree Preferred● Bachelor's Degree
