Role Overview:

As a senior member of the marketing team, reporting to the VP of Marketing & GTM, you will shape the public persona of Trellix as a trusted advisor by creating and executing the strategies that will elevate our reputation while driving engagement with our customers.

As a senior member of the marketing team, reporting to the VP of Marketing & GTM, you will shape the public persona of Trellix as a trusted advisor by creating and executing the strategies that will elevate our reputation while driving engagement with our customers. 

  

About the role: 

Develop and execute an integrated communications strategy, including public relations, corporate and executive communications, and crisis management, to achieve business goals and elevate the company’s visibility and position in the market.

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, directing executive communications, thought leadership, and social media presence to elevate the company’s visibility and position in the market.

Lead crisis and reputation communications, including the development of crisis communication plans, real-time response strategies, and proactive reputation management efforts.

Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of PR and communications efforts with overall business strategies.

Lead and mentor a high-performing team of communications professionals, fostering an environment of transparency, collaboration, and professional growth.

 

About you:   

You are highly collaborative and like to work cross functionally to develop and implement comprehensive communication plans. 

You are skilled at influencing, guiding and providing strategic recommendations to senior executives.

 

You thrive finding creative and unique ways to reach the media and tell our story.

You analyze data to make informed decisions, adjust strategies and deliver results aligned with the business. 

You have strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team and drive positive collaboration with internal and external partners.

Your background includes 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, including building media strategies, crisis management and executive communications.
