As the Sr. Director of Commercial Legal, you’ll be at the helm of our legal team, steering the commercial function with precision and creativity. If drafting sophisticated SaaS agreements and crafting scalable legal strategies is your jam, let’s talk.
What You’ll Own
You’ll build, lead, and innovate within our legal framework to ensure our 35,000 MSP partners and 140+ software vendors enjoy seamless collaboration. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Strategizing: Build and scale legal processes that adapt to our global expansion.
- Collaborating: Partner with finance, marketing, procurement, and more to support company goals.
- Negotiating: Lead the drafting, negotiation, and review of high-impact contracts like MSAs, SOWs, SaaS, and licensing agreements.
- Leading: Mentor a high-performing team of legal professionals.
- Future-Proofing: Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring our practices align with evolving cybersecurity, privacy, and IP laws.
What Makes You the One?
To thrive here, you need to be a visionary with:
- 10+ years of expertise in commercial agreements, particularly in tech and SaaS.
- A track record of success in both law firms and in-house legal roles.
- Proven leadership skills in building legal teams and driving impactful strategies.
- A sharp eye for complex agreements and an in-depth understanding of IP, data privacy, and cybersecurity.
- A JD from a top-tier law school and active bar membership.

Required Education & Certifications:
- B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top-tier law school and a current member in good standing with a State Bar.
Compensation:
- Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $175,000 or more depending on experience
