The Team

Reporting to Vice President, Global Treasury, the newly established role of Senior Director Cash, will play a key part on medium and long-term cash delivery objectives, focusing on strategic cash forecasting plans, implementation of agreed cash plans across a large number of global entities, each with their own complexities.

The successful candidate will work closely with VP, Global Treasury, the wider Treasury team, together with an extensive global network including local FDs and some external stakeholders. The successful candidate must be able to carry out the detailed work as well as project manage, maintain a structured and organised approach with capability to track deliverables, manage detailed timelines and deadlines and liaise and present to senior management. The successful candidate must have strong leadership skills, have extensive global cash management experience, be flexible and capable of delivering at pace

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain available cash calculations and forecasting, working closely across the network and with the Treasury team

• Deliver agreed structured cash plans with full project management expertise

• Work closely with the Treasury team and take ownership and lead on cash forecasting and alignment of complexities across the network. Able to analyse and challenge the details, while maintaining the bigger picture

• Capable of developing and maintaining macro project plans with detailed planning by country and IAC (Independent Associated Companies) level, produce status updates and Board related materials on a regular basis.

• Support VP, Global Treasury on high profile cash planning and other Treasury activities.

What you’ll bring

• Strong Treasury skills across global organisations

• Extensive cash management experience in a global multi-currency, multi-entity organisation 

• Able to challenge, manage ambiguity and operate in a fast-paced environment

• Capability to handle wider Treasury activities

• Good knowledge of Treasury functions

• Relevant Finance related Degree / qualification, Treasury qualifications, PRINCE 2
