Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies across Capital Markets service lines, markets, and property sectors.
- Lead strategic initiatives related to business development, external partnerships, and market expansion opportunities.
- Drive cross-platform collaboration and cross-selling strategies across Capital Markets teams.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, ensuring successful execution and measurable results.
- Build business cases and investment recommendations to support growth initiatives and capital allocation decisions.
- Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and production data to identify opportunities and inform business strategy.
- Provide strategic insights to support recruiting initiatives and evaluate market white-space opportunities.
- Partner closely with Capital Markets leadership, Operations, and business leaders to align strategic priorities and execution plans.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and recommendations for senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, commercial real estate, investment banking, corporate development, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate and capital markets preferred.
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and business case development skills.
- Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive results in a matrixed organization.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
