The Senior Director, Capability Acceleration plays a critical role in advancing this mission by shaping and leading strategies that accelerate organizational capability development at scale. What You’ll Do for Us
 

Capability Strategy & Frameworks
• Define and execute an enterprise capability acceleration strategy aligned to business priorities and long‑term growth ambitions
• Lead the evolution of capability frameworks, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and external market trends

Stakeholder Partnership & Influence
• Partner with senior leaders across functions and regions to identify critical capability gaps and translate them into scalable development solutions
• Lead cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders to drive adoption of capability initiatives and ensure sustained impact

Program Design & Delivery
• Design and implement innovative capability programs that leverage digital learning, experiential development, and on‑the‑job application
• Build and maintain partnerships with internal and external learning providers to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions

Future‑Ready Skills & Innovation
• Drive the integration of future‑ready skills, including digital fluency, artificial intelligence, data literacy, and sustainability, into development frameworks
• Champion a culture of continuous learning, growth mindset, and innovation across the organization

Measurement & Talent Integration
• Establish and track key performance indicators to measure capability impact, business outcomes, and return on investment
• Collaborate with People & Culture teams to embed capability acceleration into talent processes such as performance, succession, and workforce planning

Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• 12+ years of experience in capability development, talent management, organizational development, or a related discipline
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise‑wide capability strategies with measurable business impact
• Strong expertise in modern learning methodologies, including digital platforms, blended learning, and experiential development
• Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into actionable capability programs and frameworks
• Advanced data literacy skills with the ability to analyze talent and capability data to inform decision‑making
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence applications in learning and workforce development, and the ability to incorporate these into scalable solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior leaders across a matrixed organization
• Experience leading cross‑functional or global initiatives in complex, dynamic environments
• Strong project and program management capabilities, including prioritization, execution, and governance
