Protected Media is seeking a dynamic Senior Director of Business Development & Partnerships to join our team. This pivotal role focuses on cultivating and nurturing deep relationships with a select group of key organizations across three crucial domains: DSP Prebid integrations, social measurement partners, and large publishers.


The primary objective is not simply open doors but to strategically manage and sustain these relationships, ensuring that opportunities remain vibrant and fruitful. As the driving force behind these critical partnerships, you will spearhead initiatives with the backing of Mediaocean's Business Development department.

What You Will Do:

  • Forge and nurture robust, enduring relationships with a curated group of key organizations in DSP Prebid integrations, social measurement partnerships, and large-scale publishers.
  • Proactively steer projects forward by orchestrating seamless coordination between internal and external stakeholders, delving into technical intricacies to grasp client needs.
  • Spearhead initial client engagements, craft compelling presentations, and oversee ongoing communication to maintain project momentum and success.
  • Facilitate high-impact meetings by maintaining a comprehensive grasp of project status, anticipating needs, and ensuring the involvement of key stakeholders.
  • Cultivate continuous engagement and maintain open communication channels with partners to foster long-term success.

Who You Are:

  • Experience, a strong track record, and many connections within the Ad Tech industry.
  • Exemplary relationship management skills with a proven ability to navigate multiple high-stakes tasks and stakeholder interactions.
  • A proactive self-starter with meticulous organizational skills and an unwavering commitment to project ownership and success.
  • Natural relationship architect capable of fostering genuine connections and deciphering stakeholder motivations.
  • Highly systematic and methodical, with established processes tailored to support complex, long-term projects and intricate workflows.
  • Agile thinker adept at pivoting strategies creatively to achieve ambitious goals.
