OVERVIEW:
Quartile is building a world-class Center of Excellence (COE) to ensure our Customer Success (CS) team delivers high-quality, consistent, and scalable client outcomes across our expanding portfolio of advertisers and channels. The Assurance domain serves as the quality backbone of this effort, responsible for embedding operational rigor, strategic assessments, and coaching enablement across all accounts.

We are seeking a Senior Director of COE Assurance to lead the transformation of our current audit operations into a strategic function that drives continual improvement by evaluating adherence to best practices, assessing execution against client goals, and challenging the CS organization to raise the bar and deliver better outcomes every day at scale. This role will unify and elevate Assurance capabilities across three legacy COEs, MM/L, DTC, and SMB, into a single high-performing team. Over the next two years, you’ll grow a team of 15+ to keep pace with expanding account volume and increasing channel complexity. You’ll help design the ideal organizational structure and role definitions to deliver on our goals for consistency, quality, and scalability across the CS org.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Deep understanding of multi-channel digital marketing and e-commerce ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling audit, quality, or assurance programs that drive measurable improvements in execution consistency, client outcomes, and organizational performance.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with experience designing organizational structures, managing high-performing teams, and coaching talent to raise performance standards at scale.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate findings from audits, reviews, and data into clear recommendations that drive strategic improvements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of influencing across functions and levels to embed assurance rigor into daily workflows.
  • Data-driven mindset, with expertise in defining quality KPIs, building alerting systems, and leveraging insights to surface risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Strategic thinker who balances operational rigor with adaptability to support new channels, client types, and evolving service models.

….. If you reached this point, we hope you're feeling excited about the job description. We're eager to meet people that believe in Quartile's mission and can contribute to our team in a variety of ways. Feel welcome to apply!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead COE Assurance Transformation: Integrate audit and review work from three COEs into a single organization. Define structure, standardize execution, and align best practices.
  • Design the Assurance Org of the Future: Collaborate with COE and CS leadership to shape the right structure, roles, and workflows that align with the future-state vision for scalable, high-quality execution.
  • Incorporate New Channels and Capabilities: Evolve the Assurance function to support emerging Quartile capabilities, such as new advertising channels or services. Establish clear standards, review mechanisms, and quality benchmarks as new capabilities are launched.
  • Drive Continual Improvement: Establish the Assurance function as a catalyst for raising CS performance standards, regularly identify capability or strategy gaps, surface improvement opportunities, and challenge the CS organization to more effectively and consistently deliver for every client.
  • Own Quality Review Programs: Lead evolution of our QR process from a backward-looking audit-focused to future oriented strategic assessment of account management and growth. Customize formats by client type and maturity level. Drive strategy for integrating Success Plans, ICP alignment, and journey maps.
  • Oversee Strategic Ad Hoc Reviews: Ensure the Assurance team has the capacity and capabilities to deliver high-quality, high-priority account assessments in response to CSM requests. These reviews should generate timely, strategic recommendations that align with client challenges and growth opportunities. This work must be executed with excellence, delivered at scale, and built to be sustainable over time.
  • Maintain Best in Class Operator Standards: Ensure Assurance team members remain deeply knowledgeable on existing channels and are continuously trained to excellence on new ones so they can deliver credible, high impact support as platforms, products and strategies evolve.
  • Operationalize CSM Scoring & Certifications: Build tools to assess CSM capability, drive coaching, and support CS leadership decisions with structured, scalable insights.
  • Develop Account Alerting Systems: Launch proactive, data-driven alerting systems to identify risk early and prioritize CS attention effectively.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Enablement, Strategic Projects, CS Leadership, Rev Ops, and Product to embed Assurance capabilities across CS workflows.
  • Drive Visibility & Accountability: Own reporting and tracking of quality initiatives, including measurable progress on coverage, consistency, and coaching outcomes
