About the Role
The Senior Director, Assistant Treasury is a core member of the Treasury leadership team responsible for global liquidity management, financial risk, and supporting capital allocation decisions. This role leads core Treasury activities and operations, including capital structure analysis and capital markets execution, and partners closely with the Treasurer, CFO, and global finance leadership.
What You'll Do
Support capital allocation discussions with the Treasurer and CFO, including analysis of growth versus return on capital
Own day-to-day treasury operations, including risk, controls, governance, investment management, and SOX and Treasury policy compliance
Establish and maintain relationships with banking partners, financing institutions, and rating agencies
Lead global cash management, monitoring and forecasting cash positions across global subsidiaries to support decision-making
Support refinancing activities, covenant compliance governance, leverage and liquidity scenario analysis, and M&A Treasury readiness
Assist in administering the share repurchase program in accordance with SEC compliance requirements
Design and execute FX risk management strategies, including hedging programs where appropriate
Lead Treasury systems and tools strategy, implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiency
Collaborate with FP&A, Tax, Accounting, and Legal on cross-functional initiatives
Mentor and develop treasury staff, fostering a culture of professional growth

This role provides broad ownership across Treasury operations and meaningful exposure to Treasury strategy, with direct visibility to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape processes, controls, reporting, and long-term Treasury transformation.
What You Will Need to Succeed
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
15+ years of progressive corporate Treasury experience in a global, multinational environment
Ability to travel to FTI offices as needed
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position will not sponsor applicants for work visas
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with capital structure, credit facilities, covenants, liquidity planning, and scenario analysis
Experience managing bank relationships, engaging credit rating agencies, and participating in credit reviews
Proficiency with Treasury management systems, bank portals, SOX controls, audit evidence, and segregation of duties
Proactive, analytical, and clear communicator with strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to escalate risks with recommended actions

Compensation
Minimum Pay: $153,000
Maximum Pay: $260,000
Compensation Disclosure: The compensation range reflects potential base salary for the role. Actual compensation is determined based on a wide array of relevant factors including market considerations, business needs, and an individual’s location, skills, level of experience, and qualifications.
