A Day in the Life

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director to lead our digital transformation initiatives across the Americas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce.com, marketing tools such as Adobe Experience Manager, Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) processes, data analytics, and visualization tools like Tableau. This role will focus on transforming workflows and creating automation to enhance our operations within the healthcare sector. Proficiency in Spanish and a deep understanding of digital transformation strategies are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead digital transformation projects across the Americas, focusing on workflow optimization and automation.

- Oversee the implementation and integration of Salesforce.com and marketing tools like Adobe Experience Manager.

- Drive the development and execution of Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) strategies to streamline sales processes.

- Utilize data analytics and Tableau to provide insights and drive data-driven decision-making.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital transformation initiatives with business objectives.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in digital processes.

- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in all digital initiatives.

- Act as a change agent, promoting digital literacy and adoption across the organization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is required. An MBA is preferred.

- Proven experience in Salesforce.com, Adobe Experience Manager, CPQ, and Tableau.

- Strong background in healthcare and digital transformation, with a focus on workflow automation.

- Excellent leadership and project management skills.

- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving successful digital transformation initiatives.

- Experience in managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in the medical device industry.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$206,400.00 - $309,600.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

This position is eligible for an annual long-term incentive plan.

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).

 

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to all regular employees: Incentive plans, 401(k) plan plus employer contribution and match, Short-term disability, Paid time off, Paid holidays, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Employee Assistance Program, Non-qualified Retirement Plan Supplement (subject to IRS earning minimums), and Capital Accumulation Plan (available to Vice Presidents and above, or subject to IRS earning minimums).

 

Regular employees are those who are not temporary, such as interns.  Temporary employees are eligible for paid sick time, as required under applicable state law, and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Please note some of the above benefits may not apply to workers in Puerto Rico.
