The Role
The Senior Director of Go-to-Market & Strategy for Aledade Complete on the Strategic Payer Partnerships team will independently manage the development and execution of the launch and expansion of Aledade’s FFS contracting and other commercial partnerships. 

The Senior Director will design and refine the holistic GTM strategy for Aledade Complete, and will support Aledade Complete’s integration of, and into, new and existing products, solutions, or business ventures:

- Create launch, market entry, expansion, and growth plans and align cross function teams on plan
- Set strategic priorities by analyzing market trends, customer segments, competition, and internal capabilities

We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the U.S. or from our office in Bethesda, MD, Durham, NC or Austin, TX.

Primary Duties:

  • Manage go to market entry of Aleade Complete and other potential partnerships 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on market entry plans
  • Identify potential new strategic partnerships/initiatives for Aledade Complete practices 

Qualifications:

  • 11+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operational and strategic roles  with health plans or provider groups
  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred knowledge, skills, and/or abilities:

  • Master’s degree in related field and 9+ years in strategy and implementation functions
  • Results-oriented with the ability to exercise significant influence to achieve strategic goals
  • Management consulting experience 
  • Proven track record of creating, maintaining, and enhancing relationships and communicating effectively with senior management, both internally and externally

Physical Requirements:

  • Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required.
  • Ability to travel
