Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Defining Vision and Strategy for AI platforms, align with overall business objectives, Identify key stakeholders and secure executive sponsorship, develop a clear mission statement and goals

  • Responsible for Implementing AI platforms and solutions, while adopting agile methodologies for AI projects, Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Points of View (POVs) Implement iterative development and continuous improvement, Ensure clear communication and stakeholder engagement

  • Conduct activities to explore new use cases, evaluate emerging generative AI models and frameworks, and drive innovation. Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among different teams and departments working with generative AI, ensuring consistency and alignment across the organization.

  • Establish clear objectives and governance processes for managing priorities, risks, with a strategic foresight and cross-functional collaboration with business units. define reporting lines and decision-making processes, Engage steering committee for oversight

  • Stay Informed on industry AI/AI Trends, attend industry conferences, consortiums and standards bodies and workshops, engage with AI communities and forums, engage with AI startups and technology providers, foster partnerships and collaborations.

  • Establishing a framework for measuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for AI implementations, such as business impact metrics, operational metrics (e.g., process efficiency, time saved), Innovation metrics (e.g., new products/services developed)

  • Develop future AgentOps, LLM/LLMOps capability, operating model, function services related to monitoring, measuring and optimizing. Operationalize LLMOps function and drive continuous improvement

  • Align with organizational/EDM data strategy and management principles, develop data collection and preparation processes, Ensure data quality, security, and compliance for AI solutions

Minimum Requirements

  • Familiarity with architecting and developing complex AI applications

  • Experience with NLP, FMs, LLMs, and other AI/GenAI models

  • Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Microsoft Azure. Understanding of how to deploy LLMs to cloud/ on-premises and use APIs, Agents to build solutions.

  • Familiarity with the development of model lifecycles e.g. AgentOps, MLOps. LLMOps

  • Programming such as Python, R, SPARK, SQL, NLP libraries, AI tools like BERT

  • IT Strategy & Planning ,Influencing and persuading, Managing resources, Priority & goal setting and Quality decision making

  • Implement Enterprise AI platforms adhering to organizational responsible AI practices, conduct regular ethical impact assessments, implement explainable AI techniques, Establish processes for human oversight and intervention

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security, implement robust data protection measures, Collaborate with Information security to conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments

  • Develop change management strategies for AI adoption, document successful implementations and lessons learned, create reusable components and templates, establish processes for scaling solutions across the organization

  • Evaluate and select appropriate generative AI tools and platforms, Integrate AI solutions with existing systems and workflows, develop custom solutions when necessary

  • Promote the adoption and effective utilization of generative AI across the organization, while mitigating potential risks and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies

  • Serve as a hub for knowledge sharing, learning, and support training related to generative AI technologies and applications.
