What success looks like in this role:
As the leader of the Innovation Strategy team in the Global Innovation Office, you will accelerate cross-company innovation by identifying, shaping and advancing high-impact use cases that leverage shared capabilities across business units.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define and prioritize opportunities, validate business value and progress prototypes to realization
- Manage the use case pipeline from inception through business handoff
- Showcase GIO innovations within Unisys and to strategic clients
- Translate progress and outcomes into an innovation story that strengthens executive communications, marketing messaging, and responses to analyst requests
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Relevant University degree and 15+ years’ experience in innovation, strategy, product and/or program leadership
- Advanced degree, desirable
- Leadership experience at the intersection of technology and business
- Experience with innovation pipeline lifecycle management
- Experience with business case development and value realization
- Program leadership across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Exceptional collaboration and partnership skills, with a proven track record of working effectively across multiple business units and stakeholder groups
- Excellent communication, leadership and influencing skills, including ability to communicate complex topics to an audience focused on getting solutions to their business problems.
- Experience with the application of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to business problems
- Track record of successful delivery of outcomes
