About the RoleWe're seeking a Senior Director, AdTech Solutions & Innovation to lead the design, integration, and commercialization of cutting-edge advertising, data, identity, and marketing technology solutions that solve complex client and business challenges.
This highly strategic leadership role sits at the intersection of AdTech, MarTech, audience data, identity, media activation, and product innovation. You'll be responsible for connecting platforms, technologies, data assets, and business capabilities to create scalable, market-ready solutions that drive growth, innovation, and measurable business impact.
This is not a traditional engineering or infrastructure role. Instead, we're looking for a strategic innovator who can translate complexity into opportunity, design solution frameworks, and bring together cross-functional teams to create products and capabilities that differentiate us in the marketplace.
What You'll Do- Design and architect solutions across audience data, identity, activation, measurement, CRM, retail media, and marketing technology ecosystems.
- Develop solution blueprints, integration strategies, and go-to-market frameworks that address evolving client and business needs.
- Evaluate existing technologies and capabilities to identify opportunities for innovation, optimization, and commercialization.
- Partner with product, media, data, analytics, technology, and commercial teams to bring new solutions to market.
- Assess build-versus-buy opportunities and identify strategic technology partnerships.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that span multiple stakeholders, platforms, and business functions.
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling business narratives for clients, partners, and executive leadership.
- Drive innovation across identity, audience solutions, retail media, clean rooms, measurement, activation, and emerging advertising technologies.

Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices, currently located in Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City, are required and expected to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles). Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.
The annual salary range for this position is $136,850 - $180,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
