As a Digital Tech Senior Project Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of our digital projects. You will collaborate closely with creative, technical, and CXM teams to develop project plans, manage timelines, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your exceptional organizational and communication skills will be essential as you liaise with clients, coordinate teams, and drive projects to completion.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans and statements of work (SOWs) in collaboration with creative, technical, and CXM teams.
  • Proactively manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
  • Foster effective communication between account managers, clients, creative, technical, and CXM teams.
  • Manage the delivery, feedback, and revision process efficiently and transparently.
  • Source and manage third-party vendors while maintaining project quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Edit, document, and communicate revisions clearly and concisely to the creative team.
  • Collaborate with technical and CXM teams to understand and communicate development specifications and customer experience requirements.
  • Optimize resource allocation by effectively managing team availability.
  • Contribute to new business pitches as needed.
  • Coordinate and facilitate project-related meetings.
  • Develop comprehensive project case studies to support post-campaign analysis.
  • Monitor project scope and budget to maintain fiscal health.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in client and/or project management within creative advertising/ marketing/ interactive agencies.
  • Proven track record of managing external partners and vendors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Negotiation and influence skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Basic understanding of digital technologies and platforms.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with coding languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
  • Knowledge of programming methodologies
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks
  • Understanding of UX/UI design principles
  • Data analysis skills
