What you'll do:
- Platform Evangelism: Educate and promote the value of our digital platforms to advertising clients and agencies, fostering strong platform loyalty.
- Sales Enablement: Drive sales growth by highlighting product features, benefits, and best practices to customers.
- Brand Awareness & Engagement: Develop and execute creative strategies that increase product visibility and enthusiasm within the market.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring clients are well-informed, engaged, and satisfied with our offerings.
- Market Representation: Be a positive representative of Aleph, building lasting client relationships that drive satisfaction and loyalty.
- Customer Satisfaction: Prioritise client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships with both agencies and direct clients.
What you need for this role:
- 3+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, with expertise in display, video, native.
- Established network in the advertising industry within the local market is a plus.
- Experience with digital analytics tools to guide data-informed strategies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex digital concepts and drive client action.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English and native Romanian is essential.
