This role in particular is about reinventing packing and packaging of our physical products.

Core ResponsibilitiesBring a user-centered approach & passion for crafting phenomenal user experiences into the product team
Explore hypothesis, ideas, concepts, and features through user research, product discovery, and user testing
Plan and facilitate workshops with partners and users
Build storyboards, concepts, and prototypes to present and validate ideas
Present design work to the digital design team, product team, and stakeholders for review and feedback
Work alongside product management to prioritize experiences for our users and collaborate with engineering to define and deliver the essential lovable product for our internal workforce
Develop and nurture relationships across teams to promote collaboration and efficiency
Support user analytics implementation and use within product teams
You will join the digital product design team working on innovating the processes and digital products within the LEGO Group value chain with internal employees as our primary users.
You will be dedicated into supporting the Greenfield Packing product team, who are re-thinking the way we run our pre-pack and final pack lines in our factories around the world. You will be working closely together with the cross-disciplinary team to move insights into implementation within an iterative way of working.

Do you have what it takes?Worked closely with engineers
Conducted UX research to shape product strategy
An interest in enterprise products
Supported one or more products from idea to shipped product
Implemented user analytics on an application or website and used user analytics to make data-driven design decisions
Creative, willing to try new things, experiment and fail
Curious, energetic and positive
Focused, self-starter with the ability to drive your work
A collaborator putting the team effort first
Working in a diverse environment and support the diversity and inclusion agenda actively at work
To have fun at work and are caring for your colleagues
Experience with agile and scrum
Experience with Figma and Adobe Analytics
Experience leading multidisciplinary product teams in design thinking
Advanced English both written and verbal would be ideal as we are an internationally gathered team.
