Savings & Investments Domain is looking for a Senior Digital Product Analyst, based in Boadilla (Madrid).

As a Senior Digital Product Analyst, you will primarily support the Monitor & Grow customer mission within Santander's global Savings & Investments platform, helping customers better understand, monitor and grow their investments over time.

Working closely with the Digital Product Manager, you will help design and evolve the digital experiences that enable customers to monitor, understand and grow their investments over time. Your focus will be on transforming portfolio management from a static reporting experience into a proactive, personalised and engaging customer journey.

As part of the Global Digital Product team, you will also contribute to cross-functional initiatives across other customer missions whenever required, helping ensure a consistent customer experience across the platform.

You will work at the intersection of business, customer experience and technology, collaborating with Product Managers, local markets and engineering teams to deliver innovative digital investment capabilities for millions of Santander customers.

In this role you will:

Product Definition

  • Support the evolution of the Monitor & Grow customer mission.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed functional requirements and user stories.
  • Design digital experiences focused on portfolio monitoring, customer engagement and long-term investment relationships.
  • Define functional requirements for portfolio insights, notifications, watchlists, goals tracking and proactive customer guidance.

Customer Engagement

  • Help design experiences that increase customer engagement and long-term investment activity.
  • Support the evolution of portfolio insights, alerts, notifications and personalised customer experiences.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify complex financial information and improve customer understanding.
  • Contribute to the definition of new engagement capabilities powered by analytics and AI.

Product Delivery

  • Work closely with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Refine and maintain the product backlog.
  • Support sprint planning, backlog refinement and functional validation.
  • Coordinate with countries to understand local needs while protecting the global product vision.
  • Ensure high-quality product delivery across markets.

Customer & Business

  • Analyse customer behaviour, business needs and market trends.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, retention and portfolio growth.
  • Support the definition and monitoring of customer, product and business KPIs.
  • Contribute to rollout and product adoption activities across countries.

Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, UX, Technology, Business and local teams.
  • Support workshops, product discovery sessions and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Contribute to cross-stream initiatives to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
  • Coordinate with internal and external providers where required.

Professional Experience

  • 5+ years of relevant experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Analyst or similar role in digital environments.
  • Experience translating business needs into customer journeys, functional requirements and scalable digital products
  • Good understanding of digital product development and technology principles.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with Agile product teams.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders, countries and cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working across multiple product areas, contributing to cross-stream initiatives when business priorities require it.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in digital banking, wealth management, fintech or digital platforms is highly valued.

Education

  • University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data, Technology or related fields (Preferred)

Languages

  • Fluent English and Spanish (Required).
