The opportunity

Join our Marketing Team where our work connects people to life‑changing legal support across nine areas of plaintiff law.

As the Senior Digital Producer, you will lead the optimisation, experimentation and delivery of high‑performing digital experiences. This is a senior, hands‑on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of UX, experimentation, data and delivery, and who knows how to turn insight into impact. You’ll work closely with UX, marketing, technology and agency partners to design, test and deliver experiences that genuinely improve outcomes for our clients.

The experience we are looking for

  • Release Pipeline Management - ensure high‑quality, well‑governed releases.
  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests - improve conversion rates, user engagement and client acquisition.
  • Experimentation - using data and insights to inform test design, prioritisation and iteration.
  • UX Optimisation - champion customer experience and bring design to life through execution.
  • Performance Reporting - translate data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Project Management & Collaboration - own end-end project delivery, and ensure alignment, momentum and delivery excellence.

The technical skills required for this role

  • Strong knowledge of JSON, HTML, CSS and modern web technologies.
  • Hands‑on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS platforms.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation platforms (Adobe Target).
  • Knowledge of personalisation engines and CRM integration.
  • Strong analytics capability across GA4 and Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience with QA processes and cross‑browser testing.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and deliver across multiple teams.
