Position Overview:
The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for building, launching, and enhancing digital marketing initiatives across the Bank’s marketing technology platforms.
This role is responsible for executing email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and web content using the Bank’s marketing automation and Web CMS platforms. The position works cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are accurate, compliant, and delivered on schedule, and operates as an individual contributor without direct reports.
A strong working knowledge of marketing automation, web content management, and digital analytics is required to support campaign performance, audience engagement, and operational efficiency, with an emphasis on day-to-day execution within marketing platforms.

We manage digital marketing, web and email communications, design and branding, as well as client-facing, employee engagement, trade, and Board events. Essential Job Function:
Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead continuous updates and enhancements to the Bank’s public website. This professional will continue to further the Bank's online presence, to develop digital design content, including websites, online campaigns, email blasts and other graphics, and analyze the results. They will need to think quantitatively and analytically as well as creatively.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Execution (Eloqua, Marketo, or similar marketing automation platform)
Build, QA, and launch email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and web content
Execute integrated digital campaigns across email and web channels
Optimize and structure content for digital channels to support effective execution
Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on results
Manage audience segmentation and distribution lists
Maintain accurate records of communications and approvals, ensuring all executions adhere to compliance, governance, and brand standards
Troubleshoot campaign or platform issues as they arise
Website Management (Liferay CMS, Sitecore, or similar enterprise Web CMS )
Perform day-to-day updates and publishing on the public website
Partner with internal teams to gather, refine, and publish content on schedule
Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and accessibility
Monitor website performance and recommend enhancements to improve user engagement
Manage upgrades, enhancements, and issues as they arise
Other Duties:
Ad Hoc digital design requests
Research and identify technological items that will enhance the Marketing and Sales department’s outreach efforts.
Perform special projects as assigned
Experience:
5–8 years of hands-on digital marketing execution experience (in-house preferred)
Direct experience building and deploying email campaigns in a marketing automation platform (e.g., Eloqua) integrated with a CRM system (e.g., Oracle CX)
Strong experience working in an enterprise CMS (Liferay or similar)
Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) for performance tracking
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and web execution
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and execution accuracy
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving across platforms
Understanding of email and web best practices, including mobile and accessibility
Advanced proficiency in Web Content Management Systems (e.g., Liferay or similar enterprise CMS) and Google Analytics (GA4).
Advanced proficiency in CRM Systems and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Oracle CX Sales, Eloqua or similar) including email campaign development, segmentation, landing page, form and survey creation, and campaign deployment.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Web Design and Development, or a related field required.
Master’s degree or additional certifications in a similar field a plus; Specific knowledge of HTML, web design, WordPress, CSS, SEO, and Analytics required.
Salary: $125,000 to $145,000
