The Brand Marketing Communications team is responsible for defining, developing, and elevating the purpose of our brands. Our goal is to make Freightliner, Western Star, and Detroit brands beloved and valued by our industry, dealers, and customers. As the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will manage digital platforms and projects for two of our leading brands. These platforms include freightliner.com, demanddetroit.com, Marketo for marketing automation, as well as truck configurators and customer-initiated lead management. You will collaborate closely with internal business teams and external agencies to ensure our digital marketing platforms deliver industry-leading experiences and meet targeted objectives.Posting Information

Position offers a starting salary range of $98,500 - $126,000 USD
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

What You Drive at DTNA
Lead site enhancements and maintenance for the Freightliner and Detroit brand websites, focusing on navigation, user interface and experience, customer journey, design and mobile optimization. Manage priorities and guide development sprints.
Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) for the Freightliner and Detroit brand websites. Coordinate with the brand teams and external agency partner to optimize copy and landing pages and perform ongoing keyword research.
Lead analytics for the Freightliner and Detroit brand websites, providing quantitative and qualitative insights, tracking growth trends, and measuring digital activity to align with business objectives.
Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to develop and monitor KPIs through digital performance dashboards. Provide internal and external stakeholders with analysis and guidance to improve performance.
Manage both WebGL-based and image-stitched truck configurators for freightliner.com including modeling, user experience and interface, development, testing and implementation. Serve as the project manager among internal stakeholders, external agency partners and IT.
Manage the Marketo marketing automation platform for Freightliner and Detroit brands, including campaign development, reporting, and platform administration. Serve as the primary platform administrator for content updates that impact all brands.
Manage customer-initiated leads, including lead nurturing strategies and form management, with testing across various platforms. Oversee data feeds and integrations.
Oversee content strategy and systems (CMS) for publishing of digital marketing assets such as product brochures, videos, and images.
Support ongoing application beta and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality application performance.
Collaborate with business groups across the organization to align digital strategies and coordinate updates for owned platforms.
Stay current with trends in digital marketing and provide recommendations for adopting emerging technologies.
Provide project management support for special projects, marketing programs, product launches, and campaigns as needed.
Oversee project budgets, including annual M&C contracts, and manage purchasing information in compliance with company procurement processes.
Knowledge You Should Bring
Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of related experience OR 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
At least 2 years of experience in group leadership, project management, or mentoring.
Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically with websites or mobile applications.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex projects across business areas (agency partners, internal stakeholders, IT).
Experience managing marketing or digital agencies and third-party providers.
Experience developing or directing analytics.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Exceptional Candidates Might Have
An advanced degree in marketing or business.
Experience and understanding of UI/UX design, testing, and customer journey mapping.
Experience using Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar data analysis tools.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or HubSpot.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as Adobe Experience Manager or Umbraco.
Basic understanding of iOS and Android platforms.
