Position Summary

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a super user of HubSpot, proficient in its advanced multi-touch capabilities, and experienced in using Drupal or similar CMS for front-end web page content editing and managing templates. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and a passion for driving digital marketing success.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will manage and optimize our marketing automation platform and oversee website content updates with a user-centric approach. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job Requirements

Marketing Automation Management:

  • Expert use of HubSpot's advanced features to ensure optimal efficiency and results.
  • Utilize HubSpot to develop, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Create and analyze multi-touch reports and dashboards in HubSpot to measure campaign performance and build actionable improvements based on reporting.
  • Develop and execute lead nurturing strategies to drive conversions.
  • Optimize workflows to enhance productivity, creating a seamless and efficient operational environment.
  • Tailor HubSpot landing pages for optimal impact.
  • Integrate HubSpot with various platforms to streamline marketing efforts.
  • Optimize email content, layout, and send times for maximum engagement.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, CTAs, and other elements to improve performance.
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns, including design, content, and performance analysis.

Website Content Management:

  • Edit and manage front-end web page content using Drupal and WordPress.
  • Create and maintain web page templates to ensure a consistent and engaging user experience.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to implement new features and functionalities.
  • Maintain the content accuracy of the company’s websites by gathering and documenting requirements, partnering with subject matter expert teams, and ensuring consistency and approval are ways to maintain the content accuracy of the company's websites.
  • Work closely with marketing segment leads and content team to update sites regularly.
  • Maintain a website content schedule to keep sites fresh and updated to improve SEO.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Establish strong relationships across marketing and develop an understanding of client needs, the consumer experience, marketing strategy, and operational capabilities.
  • Work closely with departments to determine and fulfill marketing automation needs.
  • Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot and Drupal best practices.
  • Communicate campaign results and insights to stakeholders.
  • Assist with writing, proofreading, and editing digital content, brochures, proposals, speeches, news articles, press releases, and other sales and promotional materials.

Experience

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, focusing on HubSpot and Drupal.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • HubSpot and/or Drupal certification.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Specific Skills & Knowledge Required

  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot, Drupal, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and MS Office required
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and PPC is a plus
  • Experience with other marketing automation tools and CMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making, and commitment to measuring effectiveness.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills. Copy and proofing experience are a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and be responsive to change.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take on challenges and be responsive to change
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to work under pressure and deadlines
  • Demonstrated success working in team environments.
  • Ability to partner with other departments and interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • A strong desire to master the marketing craft.
