We are seeking a driven eCommerce Sales & Promotions Manager to lead our digital sales strategy for major and countertop home appliances on private access sites. This role will shape and execute our eCommerce approach, utilizing digital channels like email marketing, promotions, and site marketing, while overseeing multiple sales channels. Key aspects of the role include data analysis, guiding marketing decisions based on ROI, and managing digital projects from conception through launch. How You'll Create Possibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve Sales and KPI Targets: Develop, recommend, and implement strategies to improve metrics such as traffic, conversion, and overall sales.

  • Consumer Experience Focus: Drive projects to enhance consumer experience, while being accountable for project timing, budget, and sales results.

  • Promotional Analysis and Reporting: Prepare executive summaries for leadership, offering insights and recommendations.

  • Promotion and Design Leadership: Lead promotional campaigns, including A/B testing, overseeing MAP/PMAP pricing, financing programs, and coordinating with the Design Team for creative elements.

  • Content & Package Management: Manage site content and product offerings to optimize consumer engagement and sales.

  • Strategic Roadmap Development: Create and prioritize strategic plans to align with goals in a dynamic, competitive marketplace.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with agencies and internal teams (Digital, Pricing, Design, Product, Legal, Communications, and PR) to ensure cohesive consumer messaging.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data analytics to identify growth opportunities and maintain a strong ROI focus.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate the vision and results to business leaders and key stakeholders.

  • Test & Learn Approach: Drive a Test and Learn approach to continuously improve strategies and outcomes.

  • CRM Leadership: Lead CRM efforts to connect with a large, opted-in consumer base, including acting as a dotted-line manager for an intern overseeing email execution.

  • Revenue Responsibility: Manage multiple channels within the private sales platform, overseeing large amounts in revenue.

  • HQ & Call Center Liaison: Serve as a point of contact between HQ and the Call Center to ensure seamless communication.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field from an accredited institution.

  • At least 5 years of experience in Marketing, eCommerce, Analytics, and/or Project Management.

  • For external candidates, prior eCommerce experience is required.

  • Proven ability to develop, manage, and execute project plans.

  • Financial acumen to analyze data for informed decision-making with a strong ROI focus.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with experience leading in a matrixed environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong presentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and GE financial reporting systems.

  • Consumer-focused mindset.

  • Experience in contract negotiation and purchase order management.

  • Strong data analysis skills, particularly in Excel.

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Finance, or equivalent experience.

  • Account management experience with customer interactions.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Oracle EBS platforms.
