The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Manager, Digital to own the performance and evolution of our web presence across three domain properties. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of digital strategy, search visibility, conversion optimization, and front-end development, reporting directly to the Senior Director, Digital Marketing.

You'll lead the strategy and execution behind our web ecosystem, using data, experimentation, and technical expertise to improve traffic, engagement, and conversion. This role offers the opportunity to shape how customers discover and interact with our brand while partnering closely with marketing, brand, content, and product stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Own the front-end development of our websites in Webflow, building reusable components, managing CMS structures, and maintaining accessibility and performance standards.

  • Lead our conversion rate optimization (CRO) program by developing testing hypotheses, executing A/B and multivariate experiments, and translating insights into roadmap priorities.

  • Establish and maintain governance across all three domain properties, including design system consistency, analytics implementation, page performance, and SEO best practices.

  • Develop and execute our organic search strategy, including technical SEO, content architecture, schema markup, and emerging Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) practices.

  • Partner with solution marketing, brand, content, and growth marketing teams to prioritize and deliver web initiatives that support business objectives.

  • Own reporting across the web portfolio, providing actionable insights from GA4, Google Search Console, and experimentation platforms to inform decision-making.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, web management, or a related field with demonstrated ownership of SEO, CRO, or front-end web programs.

  • Hands-on experience with Webflow, including page creation, CMS management, and site configuration.

  • Strong expertise in technical and on-page SEO, with experience driving organic growth. Experience with AEO and structured data for AI-powered search is a plus.

  • Experience with experimentation platforms such as VWO, Optimizely, AB Tasty, or similar solutions.

  • Functional front-end development skills, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to troubleshoot and collaborate effectively with developers.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, Google Search Console, and Core Web Vitals metrics to drive optimization decisions.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical work into business outcomes. Experience managing multi-domain or multi-brand web environments is preferred.
