The Role

Adaptive is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager, Paid Media & ABM—a seasoned growth leader with 7–10 years of experience running multimillion-dollar paid-media programs across search, social, and account-based platforms. You will own our entire paid-acquisition engine—Google & Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, and ABM networks like AdRoll—working directly with the Head of Marketing and our CEO to drive pipeline and revenue at startup speed.

What You’ll Do

Strategy & Budget Ownership

Set channel-level goals, allocate budgets, and build quarterly roadmaps that surpass aggressive pipeline targets across search, social, and ABM.

Channel-Specific Optimization

  • Google & Microsoft: hone keyword portfolios, bidding automations, negatives.

  • LinkedIn & Reddit: refine targeting (firmographic, interest, look-alike) and creative.

  • AdRoll/ABM: design account lists, nurture flows, and display/retargeting sequences.

Creative & Landing-Page Testing

  • Launch rapid A/B tests on ad copy, creative, and landing pages; translate learnings into repeatable playbooks.

Measurement & Reporting (No SQL Required)

  • Build GA4/Looker Studio dashboards; deliver concise weekly readouts and quarterly forecasts to the CEO and Head of Marketing.

AI & Automation

  • Pilot Performance Max, AI-generated creative, and automation scripts to keep Adaptive ahead of platform shifts.

Process & Enablement

  • Document best practices, mentor junior marketers, and create systems that let paid spend scale efficiently.

Who You Are
  • Paid-Media Veteran: 7–10 years owning Google Ads + at least two of the following: LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, ABM/display platforms (AdRoll, Demandbase, 6sense, etc.).

  • Performance-Driven: Proven history of beating pipeline and revenue targets in B2B SaaS or agency settings.

  • Analytical (No SQL Needed): Comfortable extracting insights via GA4, spreadsheet modeling, and BI dashboards.

  • Strategic & Tactical: Capable of C-suite planning one moment and in-platform optimizations the next.

  • AI-Forward: Energized by new betas, automation, and AI-powered bidding/creative tools.

  • Clear Communicator: Distills complex data into crisp, actionable insights for executives.
