This role is highly execution-focused and plays a critical part in accelerating client launches by owning testing, resolving integration issues, and driving readiness across internal teams, external partners, and FI stakeholders.

The position operates at the intersection of digital product implementation, vendor coordination, and technical execution, ensuring FIs move efficiently from onboarding through launch and into production.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Testing & Launch Readiness (Primary Focus)

  • Own end-to-end testing for APS1 onboarding, including:

  • Test account setup and validation

  • Widget behavior and offer display verification

  • Data pass-through validation

  • Execute and manage UAT cycles across multiple FIs simultaneously

  • Ensure all readiness criteria are met prior to launch

  • Validate branding, configuration, and customer experience outputs

2. Drive FI Onboarding Through Gate 2 → Launch

  • Actively manage late-stage onboarding activities for FIs

  • Ensure all technical, data, and configuration requirements are completed

  • Prevent delays by proactively identifying gaps and risks

  • Own resolution of FIs in the Exceptions Path

  • Identify and help resolve:

  • Data gaps

  • Suppression requirements

  • Missing integration inputs

  • Coordinate with FI technical teams, platform providers, and TransUnion to close issues

  • Reduce onboarding delays by accelerating clearance of exception requirements

4. Issue Triage & Resolution Across Partners

  • Act as primary point of coordination for issue resolution across:

  • TransUnion (APS1 widget, prescreen logic)

  • Online banking platforms (Q2, Alkami, Candescent, others)

  • Internal teams and FI partners

  • Quickly diagnose issues and determine likely root cause

  • Assign clear ownership and drive resolution to completion

  • Maintain issue tracking and escalation discipline

5. Vendor & Partner Execution Management

  • Work closely with external partners to ensure timely execution

  • Hold vendors accountable for timelines and deliverables

  • Facilitate technical discussions and ensure alignment across parties

  • Drive execution momentum across multiple organizations

6. Post-Launch Stabilization & Support

  • Monitor newly launched implementations for issues

  • Address defects, inconsistencies, and production gaps quickly

  • Support white-glove FI implementations and escalations

  • Ensure stable performance following FI launch

7. Process Improvement & Scalability

  • Identify recurring onboarding and testing issues

  • Develop repeatable testing frameworks, checklists, and workflows

  • Improve speed and consistency of FI onboarding
