Job Description
Key responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for DACH and CEE markets, building trusted partnerships and ensuring a high level of stakeholder satisfaction.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with market stakeholders and cross-functional teams, serving as a strategic advisor and engagement lead throughout project lifecycles.
Partner with markets to support the planning, production, adaptation, and deployment of digital content and marketing campaigns across all therapeutic areas.
Engage with countries and internal stakeholders to communicate priorities, scope, execution plans, timelines, and delivery updates.
Ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of projects and initiatives by coordinating internal teams and managing market expectations.
Act as a bridge between market needs and Global Digital HUB capabilities, ensuring alignment between global strategies and local market requirements.
Coordinate cross-functional teams involved in content creation, localization, medical review, approval processes, and omnichannel campaign deployment to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Lead stakeholder engagement activities and promote the adoption of Global Digital HUB services and ways of working.
Oversee and support a reporting team, providing guidance, prioritization, coaching, and direction to ensure efficient execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
Drive operational excellence across multiple initiatives, ensuring transparency and effective communication through project management and collaboration tools such as ASANA.
Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve risks, dependencies, and blockers to maintain project momentum and delivery timelines.
Champion best practices in engagement management, account management, and customer service excellence.
Our Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in account management, client services, stakeholder engagement, agency operations, marketing operations, or related customer-facing roles.
Previous experience in a marketing, digital, creative, communications, or consulting agency environment is strongly preferred.
Proven experience managing complex stakeholder relationships across multiple countries, functions, and priorities.
Fluent German and English (written and spoken) are mandatory.
Higher education degree.
Exceptional organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and competing priorities simultaneously.
Strong focus on delivery excellence with a proven track record of ensuring commitments are met on time and to a high-quality standard.
Excellent stakeholder management and account leadership skills, with the ability to build credibility, trust, and long-term partnerships.
Strong understanding of content production workflows, campaign deployment processes, and digital marketing ecosystems. Comfortable working with digital solutions, collaboration platforms, and performance metrics.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex challenges, and drive initiatives independently.
Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
Nice to Have
Previous people management or team leadership experience.
Experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.
Knowledge of Agile ways of working and project management methodologies.
Project Management certifications (Agile PM, PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, etc.).
Compensation Structure & Criteria:
Sandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment, and business needs.

Variable compensation:
