Essential Functions, Responsibilities, Experience:

Lead and manage a cross-functional team, including designers, copywriters, and agency partners, to develop innovative web, print, video, and digital marketing collateral.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategic marketing plans, analyze performance, and identify creative opportunities to support business growth.

Develop and execute internal marketing campaigns that align with business unit goals, transforming objectives into clear, motivating creative strategies.

Manage and meet budget requirements by forecasting and controlling expenses for all creative initiatives.

Drive creative transformation and guide the team through change management processes to ensure smooth transitions as the brand evolves.

Incorporate data-driven decision-making into creative strategies, using analytics to inform campaign development and measure performance against key metrics.

Oversee the presentation of final creative concepts, securing approvals from internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.

Mentor and coach creative professionals, fostering their professional growth, sharpening their skills, and providing clear paths for development.

Govern brand standards and ensure creative consistency across all channels by evolving brand guidelines and toolkits for use by both internal teams and external partners.

Perform other duties as assigned.


Growth Opportunities:

30 Days: Gain an understanding of Lumin Digital’s current brand, creative processes, and team structure. Begin leading small creative projects while building relationships with key stakeholders.

90 Days: Take part of large-scale campaigns, driving creative innovation and ensuring that brand transformation initiatives are executed successfully.

1 Year: Lead major brand evolution initiatives, set the creative vision for future campaigns, and contribute to the company’s growth by aligning creative strategies with business objectives.


Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

7+ years of relevant experience in a creative management role, with 5+ years leading creative teams in an agency or corporate environment.

Proven experience in creating integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline, and print channels.

Strong creative vision with a solid understanding of business objectives and how creative strategies can support growth.

Experience managing creative projects from concept to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Proficiency in leading and mentoring a diverse team of creative professionals.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to present ideas and concepts effectively to both internal teams and external partners.


Education: 

Bachelor’s degree in a creative discipline, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.


Supervisory Responsibility:

Provide direction and leadership to staff; guide, coach, mentor and develop staff ensuring compliance with processes and procedures 

Handle interviewing, hiring, promotions, transfers, performance appraisals, compensation, counseling and termination of staff 

Develop and maintain staff by applying the necessary training and leadership that will allow internal growth and advancement 

Direct staff, to ensure that all duties are performed according to department performance standards
