Why this role mattersAt Exness, we’re repowering our in-house agency-level creative team. We’re on the hunt for a Senior Digital Designer who lives and breathes social media design—from Instagram Reels and TikTok visuals to carousels, story formats, and bold static posts. You’ll bring agency-level craft and in-house hustle, delivering scroll-stopping work for a global fintech leader.
Exness connects with millions of traders worldwide. Social media is our frontline. We need a creative designer who can make us stand out, keep us relevant, and create content that sparks both engagement and trust.
What you'll actually do- Concept and design social-first campaigns (Reels, TikToks, carousels, stories, static posts).
- Animate graphics and short-form video edits that drive engagement.
- Translate campaign ideas into social-native formats that feel organic, not corporate.
- Create templates and toolkits to enable scalable content production.
- Work with copywriters and strategists to ensure messaging is as sharp as the visuals.
- Experiment with AI tools and trend-driven formats to stay ahead.
- 5+ years designing social media campaigns for major brands (agency + in-house mix).
- Portfolio with Reels, TikTok, carousels, and branded content that performed.
- Solid skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects/Premiere Pro.
- Passion for digital culture, social trends, and platform storytelling.
- Motion/animation skills highly valued.
- Experience in fintech or other global industries is a plus.
