We’re looking for a brand designer who thrives on creativity, innovation, and precision—someone who understands how to shape and evolve brands through visually striking design. You have a keen eye for aesthetics, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling digital content that captivates audiences.
With a strong design foundation and a deep understanding of branding, you’ll create and refine engaging assets for high-profile brands, blending strategy, creativity, and cutting-edge digital trends to deliver outstanding results.
- Design with Impact – Develop visually engaging content and brand assets for online campaigns, ensuring strong storytelling and brand coherence.
- Lead Projects from Concept to Completion – Own the design process, from ideation to execution, producing high-quality work that aligns with each brand’s unique identity.
- Craft Engaging Visuals – Utilize your expertise in typography, color theory, and composition to create captivating layouts and campaign designs.
- Master Digital Tools – Work seamlessly with Figma, Sketch, and the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) to bring your creative vision to life.
- Push Creative Boundaries – Stay ahead of digital trends, and bring fresh, innovative perspectives while maintaining brand integrity.
- Integrate AI into Design – Leverage AI-driven tools to enhance creative workflows, experiment with emerging technology, and push the boundaries of digital design.
- Collaborate & Communicate – Work closely with teams across strategy, design, and motion graphics, ensuring smooth project execution with clear communication.
- Bring Motion to Life – Knowledge of video and motion design is a plus, allowing for more dynamic and engaging digital storytelling.
- Fluency in English is required, and German skills are a plus.

At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 50,000. That’s our baseline for candidates who meet the key requirements. If you bring more to the table — deeper experience, sharper skills — we’re ready to reflect that in your offer. Our internal compensation framework is designed to keep things fair, structured, and clear.
