Job Summary
This role is an essential member of the Digital Analytics team, responsible for working with the Products & Capabilities team to support the development, commercialization, and management of new and existing digital products and capabilities through behavioral and performance analytics. The role supports the development of product reporting strategies to track against established digital KPIs, conducts research, builds expertise in site analytics, and delivers data-driven actionable insights.
Essential Job Functions
- Utilizes robust analytical tools & techniques to create valuable data-driven insights that positively impact digital product and capability management decisions. Collaborates with both internal and external business partners to integrate learnings and results into business cases and strategic planning. - (40%)
- Serves as a subject matter expert for Adobe Analytics, adheres to digital analytics reporting standards, completes business testing during technical implementations, and builds and maintains reporting. - (20%)
- Maintains business relationships and works cross-functionally with digital, IT, marketing, and account management partners. Regularly relied upon by the organization, and our brand partners, to consult and provide advice leading to decisions and/or recommendations in relation to potential product and capability offerings. - (20%)
- Assist in the development of project requirements, analytic plans, project timelines, and other materials crucial for managing deliverables. Engage in cross-functional strategic projects to identify opportunities that will have a positive impact on Bread Financial's product and capability roadmap. - (20%)
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, analytics, statistics, mathematics, marketing, or related field.
- Relevant industry certifications preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in data analytics including customer and behavioral analytics, product analytics, digital marketing, digital asset performance, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong experience with digital analytics reporting tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics etc.).
- Experience with data mining programming languages (SQL, Python, etc.)
- Experience in Credit Card, Financial Services, Payments, or Retail industries.

Work Environment

$90,400.00 - $144,700.00Full Salary Range for position:
California: $104,000.00 - $180,900.00 Colorado: $90,400.00 - $159,200.00 New York: $99,400.00 - $180,900.00 Washington: $99,400.00 - $166,400.00 Maryland: $99,400.00 - $159,200.00 Washington DC: $104,000.00 - $166,400.00 Illinois: $90,400.00 - $159,200.00 New Jersey: $104,000.00 - $166,400.00 Vermont: $90,400.00 - $144,700.00 Ohio: $90,400.00 - $144,700.00 Maine: $90,400.00 - $144,700.00 Connecticut: $99,400.00 - $159,200.00 Virginia: $90,400.00 - $144,700.00The actual base pay within this range may be dependent upon many factors, which may include, but are not limited to, work location, education, experience, and skills.
You must be work authorized in the United States on a full time basis without the need for any sponsorship now or in the future from any employer or organization. The Company cannot offer employment to F-1 (student) visa holders.
Bread Financial offers medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, and other voluntary benefits (including basic and optional life insurance, supplemental medical plans, and short and long-term disability) to eligible associates (regular full-time associates scheduled to work 30 hours per week or more) and their spouses/domestic partners, and child(ren) under the age of 26. New associate elected coverage begins on date of hire (with the exception of disability coverage which has a 6-month waiting period). Six weeks of 100% paid parental leave for eligible parents is available after a 180-day waiting period. Hired associates can immediately enroll in Bread Financial’s 401(k) plan.
All associates receive 11 paid holidays. Associates have discretion in managing their time away from work through the Flexible Time Off (FTO) program and may need to notify and receive approval from their manager prior to taking the time off. Associates (except those located in Illinois) receive 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time (“PSST”) upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year. Illinois associates receive 40 hours of Illinois PSST upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year and 40 hours of Illinois Paid Leave upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year. Illinois Paid Leave must be used before associates in Illinois will be approved to take FTO.
Hired associates will be able to elect the purchase company stock during offering periods in June and December. You will be eligible for an annual incentive bonus based on individual and company performance.
