Senior Digital Analyst: The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Analyst, with experience across mobile sites and apps to provide insights for our product and marketing teams.

The successful candidate will bring a blend of technical strength, business acumen and the ability to operate in a very fast-moving environment to deliver value quickly and in an agile fashion. You’ll have the opportunity to build a digital analytics practice from the ground up and have a significant influence on the future of this exciting company.

What you will be doing:

  • Delivering regular and ad hoc insights on marketing campaign and channel effectiveness for marketing teams.
  • Managing the company’s app analytics platform (currently Adjust) and liaising with the tech team to ensure tracking is accurate and complete.
  • Managing the company’s web analytics platform (currently Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager), ensuring that site tagging is comprehensive and accurate.
  • Supporting marketing/CRM efforts with high-quality behavioural data for targeting.
  • Championing a culture of experimentation and test/learn approaches for product development and marketing.
  • Partnering with marketing team to enable social media analytics.
  • Partnering with data engineering team to ingest and consolidate data from external digital analytics tools.
  • Implementing appropriate privacy and consent systems for data collection.
  • Working with business stakeholders to identify analytics needs and implement them through appropriate tagging and report development.
  • Delivering valuable product usage and behavioral insights for the product teams to enable key product decisions and drive additional revenue.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to improve site & app effectiveness and drive additional revenue.
  • Providing leadership and support for a distributed team of marketing/product analysts in the various countries where KingMakers operates.
  • Partnering with broader data and technology team to surface behavioral data in core business reporting systems and first-party customer datasets.
  • Augmenting behavioral analytics with customer/CRM data, using appropriate integrations · Providing leadership and best practice on campaign tagging for marketing team.
  • Identifying & testing new technology to deliver more detailed insights (e.g. hotspot analysis, path analysis, surveys).
  • Pioneering experimentation-based approaches to site/service development.


What you need for this role:

  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (essential).
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager (essential).
  • Experience with mobile app analytics and setting up and maintaining mobile measurement partners (MMPs), e.g. Adjust , Kochava, AppsFlyer etc.(essential).
  • Strong core analytical skills: proven ability to drive value from data-based insights (essential).
  • Experience and ability using SQL and programming in Python (essential).
  • Experience with using APIs to capture and/or send data (essential).
  • Proven communication and influencing skills (essential).
  • Experience working with CRM/marketing systems such as Google Ad Platform, Salesforce/Optimove, Braze (desired).
  • Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs) (desired).
  • Experience with a consent management platform (e.g. OneTrust, Tealium) (optional).
  • Experience with product analytics (e.g. Heap, Gainsight, Mixpanel) (optional).
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform, or other cloud-based data/analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work at all levels of the company, from junior analysts to the CEO,
  • Good understanding of privacy and other compliance requirements around digital data.
  • Ambition to grow and transform the role of digital analytics within the organization.
